GUARANTEES
Kustom Tech guarantees the replacement of any faulty or incorrect items: in this case the customer can return the goods with a mail package (will be reimbursed for expenses).
Upon delivery of the package check:
That the package is intact, does not show any tampering or damage, wet or altered, if any of these anomalies occur, collect the package with RESERVE.
In case of incorrect order from the customer, the merchandise may be returned only if the packaging of the product has not been opened or tampered with, and only within seven days from the receipt, all shipping expenses for returned merchandise will be charged on the customer.


SHIPPING
Delivery costs are always charged to the customer.
All shipments are always made by an express courier.
Delivery times, from the moment of order's escaping, are:
24 hours for Italy, from 4 to 7 days for European and other countries.
All the exact costs of shipping (and any applicable taxes) can be displayed in your shopping cart and vary according to the weight of the goods and the country of destination.
Before you place an order, always check the correctness of the destination address.
Should it be necessary to return an item because of an error in the provided address, the customer will be charged with the additional shipping costs.

Under Article 13 del D.lgs n.196/2003, we provide you the following information:
